Formulated with quinoa and vegetable proteins, shea butter, and luminescence, it's a great choice for maintaining your hair's vibrancy. Pink Passion is a cool, bright neon pink shade that can refresh and intensify your faded hair colour. It can even glow under blacklight. Manic Panic suggests lightening your hair to a very light level 9/10 blonde before using it. Complementary colours include Cotton Candy Pink and Cleo Rose. Directions: Wear protective gloves to avoid staining. Apply a generous amount to clean, damp hair and leave it on for 5 - 10 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly. Warnings: This product is for external use only. It contains ingredients that may cause skin irritation, so do a preliminary patch test before use. Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin like the nape of your neck or elbow. Let it dry and leave it undisturbed for 24 hours. Check the area after 24 and 48 hours. If there's irritation or an abnormal reaction, stop using it and seek medical advice. Avoid contact with eyes and don't use on eyelashes or eyebrows as it may cause blindness.
