Five pewter nails are pinned to the heart, with a sixth hanging loose on a chain to be stuck into the vacant hole. There's also an additional decorative chain on the opposite side. It comes on an 18' (46cm) trace chain, plus a 50mm extender chain. Dimensions are H: 46mm (1.81'), W: 36mm (1.42'), D: 15mm (0.59').
